The 2010 Queensland All Schools has officially been declared a "no-result" after rain and storms set in on the Brisbane area last week, forcing play to be abandoned.

After games were postponed on Friday and cancelled completely on Saturday morning, the decision was made to declare the tournament a "no-result" early on Saturday afternoon.

The annual Queensland All Schools "pilgrimage" has become somewhat of a "rite-of-passage" for many players, coaches and referees from High Schools across the state.

Teams from local schools St Margaret Marys College, St Patricks College, Kirwan State High, Ignatius Park College, The Cathedral School, William Ross State High and for the first time Pimlico State High, in total 15, made the journey to Whites Hill in Brisbane, only to be turned away after just two days of competition.

Results for completed games will be posted on the Queensland All Schools website - www.qldallschools.com - in the coming days.

That photo really doesn't do any justice to the way those fields looked on Saturday; it was pretty bad.
